After the delay caused by COVID-19 in 2021, the Prix Sentinelle Awards will be presented in 2022 on their traditional date of World Theatre Day (WTD) which will be March 27, 2022.
CQT invites theatre practitioners and organizations to submit nominations by February 1, 2022.
Behind-the-scenes, passionate and tireless workers are essential allies for all artistic teams. The CQT honours these positions, which are part of the wide range of professions working in the theatre community, such as management, administration, communications, presentation, production, technical and mediation.
The Prix Sentinelle Career Award is presented to a cultural worker whose career has been distinguished by an outstanding contribution that marks an outstanding legacy given to the Quebec theatre community.
The Prix Sentinelle - Enduring Commitment is presented to a cultural worker whose professional work and initiatives are innovative and pioneering for the development of Quebec's theatrical arts.
